Measurements we’ve taken for your safety

No-Contact Policy Processing

  • We offer no-contact delivery of your ICBC Auto Plan to your door.

Social Distancing

  • Limiting visitors to a maximum of 4 visitors in the office at the same time
  • Installing transparent protective shields on all client-facing desks
  • Mandating 6 feet physical distancing

Increase Cleaning Supply and Frequency

  • Cleaning barriers and desks after every client interaction
  • Shared employee equipment and surfaces to be cleaned 2-3 times per day
  • Sanitizing sprays are kept handy on every desk
  • Hand sanitizers placed at every corner in the office

Employee Rules

  • If employees are sick, working from home is mandatory for 10-14 days.
  • Employees are required to wash hands frequently, cover coughs and sneezes, wear masks if within 6 feet of each other
  • Health and safety cleaning disinfecting guide has been provided to employees.

In the Office

  • Safety instruction posters posted in the office
  • Encouraging mask wearing and hand washing by providing masks and hand wash soap

What we expect from you

Visitors are required to sign the visitor declaration forms​

Visitors are encouraged to wear masks and maintain 6-feet distance from other people

Please stay at home if you are in any of the following situations.

  • Having fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other flu-like symptoms
  • being in contact with someone who have the above symptoms
  • have traveled in the last 14 days
  • have been in contact with people who have traveled in the last 14 days.
