Step 1: Login – Start by visiting the ICBC online car insurance renewal website. You can log in with your BC Services Card App or your banking credentials (through Verified.Me).
Step 2: Confirm coverage and policy details – After logging in, you’ll see a list of the most recent insurance brokers you’ve dealt with. Choose your preferred insurance provider so they can reach out to you if they have any questions about your policy.
Then, you’ll review your previous policy. You can confirm policy details or contact your preferred insurance broker to make changes.
Once satisfied, you can pay for your year in full by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you wish to make monthly payments, have a cheque or your banking details handy to enter into the system. If you previously had a payment plan, you can review and accept or change your banking details and payment options.
Step 3: Print insurance documents – Once you’ve paid, you can print a copy of your insurance documents. Always leave a copy in your vehicle. Unlike in the past, you don’t need an updated license plate sticker.
